Pilates is a non-impact system of exercise that strengthens and tones your entire body yet leaves you feeling refreshed and not tired. It focuses on the deep muscles of the abdomen and spine, yet also strengthens and tones arms, buttocks and legs creating long and lean muscles, without adding bulk.
